Review of Nazlı Erdoğan viola, Maria Tarasewicz, piano concert 20 April 2016

Both Nazlı Erdoğan and Maria Tarasewicz share a dedicated career in music having taken part in festivals around the world and offering a unique taste for music. At St Magdalene Church we enjoyed a bright performance with Nazlı playing the viola and Maria on the piano. The repertoire included two miniatures of great composers Schumann and Schubert. They were able to transfer the romanticism and delicacy of Fairy Tale Pictures by Robert Schumann and a piece for arpeggione written by Schubert, but played with viola with equal strength and sensitivity. The public openly rewarded the enthusiasm and youth of these two musicians: a long path ahead full of opportunities.
