Oksana Sliubyk - soprano

Biography

Ukranian-born Oksana Sliubyk graduated with distinction from The Lviv National Academy of Music. She continues her studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama under the guidance of Susan Waters.

In 2011 she made her debut as Adina in L’elisir D’amore Donizetti with Lviv National Academy Opera Studio. Since then she has often performed with Lviv Philharmonic Society and the Lviv National Opera Theatre.

In 2013 she became a bursary recipient from The University of Ottowa and was accepted to study at one of the world’s leading schools, the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. Since then she became a two-time winner of the Opera Awards Foundation bursary and the Guildhall School of Drama scholarship. Oksana appears in many recitals, master classes and productions of The Guildhall School of Music and Drama and The Opera Awards Foundation.
