Biography
Alison Langer is a British Soprano, who trained on the Opera Course at GSMD. This summer she sang in the 2016 Glyndebourne Festival, making her debut in the role of Bridesmaid in Le Nozze di Figaro Mozart after working with them last year in both the 2015 festival and the tour.
Alison made her professional debut in 2012 singing Lisette in Puccini’s La Rondine with Dublin company Opera in the Open. Solo performances include Birmingham Symphony Hall, Barbican Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Royal Albert Hall. She graduated from the GSMD Opera Course in 2015 under the tutelage of David Pollard.
Oratorio Performances include, Rossini Petite Messe Solenelle, Handel The Messiah, Vaughan Williams The Sea Symphony, Vaughan Williams, Serenade to Music, Mozart Coronation Mass.
Roles include Norina I Pazzi per Progetto, Erodiade San Giovanni Battista, Duchess The Cunning Peasant, Juliette Romeo et Juliette.
Future engagements include Mimi, La Boheme in the Watford Palace Theatre and Soprano Soloist - Mozart Requiem at St Martin in the Fields in November this year.
