Juanjo Blázquez - Piano

Biography

Juanjo Blázquez was born in Lorca in Spain in 1998. He started his piano studies at the Narciso Yepes Professional Conservatory in Lorca in 2006. Juano completed his studies at the Real Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Madrid in 2020 where he studied with Ana Guijarro.

In 2020, Juanjo started studying at the Royal Northern College in Manchester for a Masters Degree with Graham Scott and Kathrn Stott. He continues his studies at the RNCM where he is studying for a Postgraduate Diploma.

Juanjo performed Tchaikovsky’s 1st Piano Concerto at the National Auditorium in Madrid with the Maria Rodrigo Symphony Orchestra. He was winner of the 2022 Emmanuel Prize in Manchester.

He is a Fellow of La Caixa Foundation and a recipient of the F.W. Wright Piano Scholarship endowed by the RNCM.

Juanjo is a musician with Talent Unlimited.
